Hardwood Floor Maintenance
Maintenance is the cheapest hardwood work there is. It is also the work that postpones the expensive kind.

A great many floors that get quoted for a full refinish only needed a deep clean and a maintenance coat. Years of residue from the wrong cleaner will make a perfectly healthy finish look dead.
We start by finding out what the finish is actually doing — whether it is worn through, contaminated, or simply dirty — and then recommend the least invasive thing that will work.
What this includes
Deep cleaning
Bona PowerScrubber cleaning that lifts residue and grime out of the grain rather than smearing it around.
Maintenance coats
A screen and recoat on a finish that is worn but not worn through — a fraction of the cost and disruption of a full refinish.
Finish evaluation
We test adhesion and wear-through, and tell you how much life the current finish realistically has left.
Care planning
The right cleaner for your specific finish, a realistic schedule, and honest advice about mats, felt pads, and pet nails.
